Strength in Body & Mind
The healthy and fit lifestyle has not always been for me but I am so grateful I found the motivation and dedication to commit to living this way. For most of my life, I have fluctuated between an average build to waking up one morning and realizing my "chubby pants" were too tight. I have tried almost every fad diet out there and was constantly looking for a quick fix. Then I found the gym. In the beginning, I was nervous and intimidated and really had to push myself to walk in that door and not let myself turn right back around and head for the exit. It was hard. Making a lifestyle change is hard. I decided to push through all the uncomfortableness and allow myself to grow. Best decision I have ever made for myself. Not only did my body grow stronger but so did my confidence, as well as my mental and emotional state. I soon learned this lifestyle was more than just gaining muscles, I was learning to love myself through the process.

Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2018 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a training and support plan and schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
